Great communication giving us detsed directions as the property is down a hidden path but as we were prewarned it was easily found. Lots of lovely touches including dressing gowns in the wardrobes. "Outside area was filthy. Garden full of weeds The wooden table was missing pieces. The gas barbecue was not there as advertised. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. My family were very disappointed. They have an electric car charger which is very expensive also."

"Communication regarding check-in was good. Tom's barn was as beautiful as in the pictures. Lovely and spacious, very clean throughout. Milk, scones, homemade jam and cream on arrival, felt very spoilt. Outside seating area perfect for listening to the birds. Fixtures and fittings in the barn excellent quality. Thoroughly recommend for a Somerset adventure and trips to West Bay and Lyme Regis."
