"The property was very clean. The presentation immaculate. There reception was very hard to locate and the female check in staff only was able to look at and speak to my male partner who didnt even book the reservation. On top of that she was overly smiling and giggling like a school girl at him. This was disgusting and as the person who made the reservation was appalling to me.
