"We’ve stayed at this location before. The location is great to Harper’s Ferry and the view is very nice, since it is up on a hilltop. The rooms were an average hotel room, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Amenities included body wash, shampoo and conditioner, which was very nice. The bathroom is small but functional. The floor gets dangerously slippery when wet, so use a towel on floor. Breakfast had all the continental breakfast options: yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, etc. no internet service from dining room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking free and easy. Room was clean and A/C worked well. Slight smell in room and hallways, but not bad. Dinner in restaurant was good. I’d say a little pricey for the stay, but overall good place to stay near Harpers Ferry."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Stone Cottage. It was exactly what I was looking for—a quiet, peaceful solo getaway with no distractions and plenty of space to simply relax and enjoy being alone. The property was just as described and provided the perfect setting for some much-needed quiet time.The hosts were wonderful. I never even needed to speak with them in person because everything was so well prepared and easy to navigate. They were very responsive through text whenever needed, while also giving me complete privacy and space to enjoy my stay. That balance made the experience even better.If you're looking for a peaceful place to unplug, slow down, and enjoy some solitude, the Stone Cottage is a wonderful little escape. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would absolutely stay again."
