"All was good and clean"

"The property was nice, it was spacious and clean and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options and kind helpful staff members. The laundry was great with no charges, they had a small gym and a nice outdoor area. The hotel itself was very far from anything so I needed to didi to most places, there was a small supermarket about a 10 min walk away but there was nothing else nearby even restaurants so that was really inconvenient. I dont think I would return only because of the location but...

"This hotel is in a beautiful setting and I would highly rate it except for two issues. One is that the air conditioning does not go lower than 23 Celsius. We tried 2 rooms and same result so it is a hotel wide lower limit. You cannot have 19 or 20 Celsius. Second is that the very nice pool is overrun with kids taking formal swim lessons. Multiple groups of them. The hotel seems to be running a side business of a community swim club. Very unpleasant for hotel guests, especially us as we filtered...

"This hotel major in hosting tour groups. So it's quite noisy when the tour groups check in at night. If you enjoy peaceful moments this hotel is absolutely not a good choice. "

"This hotel presents itself as a high end hotel, but it is not. I stayed in a Deluxe Bedroom, on the 19th floor. The sound proofing on the windows is horrible. I could hear all the cars honking every morning from the 19th floor waking me up. At times, you could smell cigarette smoke coming thru the vents from other bedrooms. The only good things about this hotel are the breakfast, nearby subway station, and the dry cleaning. The customer service is subpar. I had to checkout sooner than...

"The hotel is close to the MRT station, so getting around was very convenient. We arrived a little early, and the front desk kindly checked and let us check in right away. We really appreciated this, especially since we were traveling with elderly family members."
