"Property in good condition and staff very helpful. Clean. Quiet. Good location. Parking was plentiful. They do not have a guest washer and dryer on the property. Since our restaurant server (not from the hotel) dropped a lot of sauce on my pants, l can not clean them until l get home. Housekeeping comes in every other day unless you ask for something. When paying full price for a room l do not feel it is out of the ordinary to expect beds made, towels switched and trash cans emptied."

"The room and property as a whole was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The basic amenities like coffee, shampoo, soap, etc. are all standard quality. The hallways and the room smelled a little smokey, but were very clean and no stains on the sheets. I wish that the breakfast included a protein like eggs or sausage, but everything else was good. Parking was free. Overall, a great stay and would absolutely consider staying again if in the area."

"Room was very clean. 2 separate buildings, 1 with all outside entrances. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms in 2nd building. Parking at main entrance very hard to navigate. Breakfast minimal. "

"This is a very historical building so it is old…older than America from what I was told! Food was incredible. We ate at Woodys, Rubinos, Jefferson’s and the American Audubon. All amazing. Martha’s and the Spa food…6/10 Spa services - amazing Staff- so kind We did a sound bath at the natural springs, highly recommend. We also did the river gorge hiking trail and Mr Brian was super welcoming and funny. We enjoyed our hike! Overall it was an amazing location if you’re looking to unwind and relax in stillness with nature. "
