"This hotel was quite literally the worst place I have ever stayed. Every picture that they have is fake and highly edited. There is mold, rust, bed bugs, a terrible smell, and my room had a constant drip going from the ceiling. Men stand outside of the location harassing you daily as you come in and out. "Outstanding in every way. We were a family of four (kids 6 & 11) with just 3 days in Hong Kong and the Eaton was a fabulous choice. The family room is phenomenal - a bunk bed in the second bedroom! Staff went above and beyond, even helping facilitate an early check in when we arrived delirious with jet lag. The hotel has one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve experienced in any continent, and the international food court was such a great choice for dinner with eaters who all fancied different things. Although we couldn’t take advantage of the fantastic cultural offer (an international sound festival and lots of pop up bars) these were fun to observe at a distance. The Eaton is in a part of Nathan Road Kowloon that is really buzzy & dynamic - we were so delighted to have stayed somewhere with such life and energy, close to Temple St markets. Could not recommend more enthusiastically."

"Overall very good place to stay. Rooms were clean and modern enough. Aircon was a little noisy in my room though, Staff friendly and amenities great. Breakfast at the main restaurant is good, not as expensive as others I’ve stayed at but plenty of options still. There hotel was a close walk to the North Side metro station. Shops and markets in walking distance also. The entrance to the hotel was a little inconspicuous, situated on the market side. Overall a pleasant stay."

"The hotel is in a great location right on the harbour promenade. We had a room facing the harbour with a lovely view. Breakfast is great with a good selection of local and international dishes. The pool looks good but it was raining and it was closed. The staff are very professional and attentive."
