"We had a great stay at Dusit Thani Dubai. The hotel is very clean, and the staff responded quickly to any request we had. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent — surrounded by everything you need and very convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast had a good variety of options, which we appreciated. However, the service at breakfast could use some improvement. On two out of the five days we ate there, I had trouble receiving what I ordered and had to ask more than once. The only other inconvenience during our stay was that the hotel needed to flush and clean the water system, which required no water use from 2:00–5:00. Unfortunately, the water didn’t return to normal until around 7:00, which was inconvenient since we couldn’t shower after coming back from the beach. I wish they had provided more accurate timing and mentioned it clearly at the time of booking. Additionally, there was a slight unpleasant smell when turning on the water during the first three days, although it became less noticeable later in our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely go back. "

"Excellent staff, very helpful and caring. The room was spotless and had everything I need. The hotel is quite and doesn't feel overcrowded. The hotel also has about 4 different places to eat including 24/7 bistro. The food is good and has plenty of healthy options to choose from. The hotel has a good size pool which was warm to swim in February, looks like it's heated. Very nice hotel."
