"I had to catch an early flight from Gatwick Airport and chose the hotel for location. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the staff, the amenities and the convenience. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is searching for 5 star accommodations near the airport, which is rare to find."

"Easy access from North Terminal and the airport shuttle train 'station'. Quick and easy checking, they offered a wake up call for my early flight which was very much appreciated. The proximity to the airport made the early flight very easy & stress free."

"Great little hotel off a busy street but faces the Thames river so beautiful view for breakfast. Easy access to the airport, Uber arrived in 3 minutes. Stayed overnight for long layover."

"The buffet dinner and breakfast provided excellent value for money, especially with children. The hotel itself was absolutely massive but the staff were helpful and provided maps. The room was comfy and well heated, although sone of the corridors and communal areas were a bit cold. The pool the next day was very nice for kids, with lots of pool noodles and floats for them to play with (although the changing room was FREEZING!) we came away loving our stay and promising that we’d be returning "

"Spacious clean room with good quality bed linen and towels. Nice time of year to visit with lovely Christmas trees and decorations & real fire in the lounge. Restaurant staff were excellent and we also enjoyed the gym, pool, steam room & sauna. "
