"The lobby is very charming and will kept. The supper club smelled amazing and I've heard great things, but we didn't go into the supper club. There is no elevator and we had a lot of stuff due to traveling for almost a week on a hiking trip. So getting everything up to the room was a challenge. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. "

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"This hotel is in high need of updates and landscaping. The first room we were given had a water leak around the window with a build up of mildew. The was also a large water stain on the ceiling. The staff was helpful and moved us to another room. Access to hotel was an open door policy as non of the doors I tried had a working door lock. The second room was ok, it had a strange smell, the hall ways had a bad smell as well. The breakfast was very basic but ok."
