"I would give this hotel one star. The property is in very poor condition and appears to have been neglected for a long time. It was extremely disappointing. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but I honestly don’t understand how it received such high ratings. The only positive aspects were the beautiful view from the balcony and the restaurant, as well as the good breakfast. I have no complaints about the breakfast. Unfortunately, the rooms and bathrooms were in terrible condition...

"This was the cutest hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were perfect (although I could always be happier without a TV) and the setting was fantastic. Parking was free. The location is a little outside Dilijan town, so be prepared to walk or drive for lunch and dinner. The staff were super helpful and every morning we received a picnic basket packed full for breakfast. I assume this is because they have not yet opened their own restaurant area.
