Lovely villa with pool and magnificent sea and coastal views, located in the historic and beautiful village of Chora Sfakion on the south coast of Chania.

The villa includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen/ living room (sofa-bed in the living room for an additional 2 guests), a spacious terrace beyond the living room and a large terrace on the 2nd floor.

The villa is built to high standards and offers all modern facilities.

On the ground floor the entrance door leads to the living room and kitchen with dining area. From here, sliding doors lead to the spacious terrace / outdoor living area partially covered by a pergola under which the outdoor dining table and lounge is located. This terrace accesses the pool. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with access to the terrace, a bathroom and the staircase leading to the 2nd floor.

The second floor includes 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms access a large terrace.

Both floors and all rooms have wonderful sea views and views to the coast, the village and the surrounding area.

The property is completely enclosed and private, and a gate from the road leads to the parking space next to the house.

The neighborhood: The villa is located on a hillside in a calm and quiet neighborhood of the village. The immediate properties are all houses along lovely countryside roads.

About the area:
Chora Sfakion is one of the prettiest villages on Crete. Seeped in history, this quiet, coastal fishing village offers the perfect place for peace and relaxation. Far from the mass tourism often encountered on Crete’s northern coast, this is an area where you can explore Crete off the beaten track, or just spend your holiday unwinding and enjoying the crystal clear sea and the scenery. Lovely stone and whitewashed houses adorn the hillsides surrounding the old harbor, and along the seaside promenade there is a good selection of shops, restaurants with excellent food, and cafes.

Chora Sfakion is the perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful south coast of Crete. The area has countless opportunities for hiking and exploring the stunning and awe-inspiring ravines and mountains. Sfakia is famous for its approximately 50 ravines, the most famous being Samaria, Imbros, and Aradena.

From Sfakia one can glimpse the islands of Gavdos and Gavdopoula, 22 nautical miles south of Crete. Gavdos with its 50 inhabitants is a small, beautiful green island with unforgettable sandy beaches and views. You can reach Gavdos by ferry or by an organized boat trip.
