"It's a little drive away from Annecy town. To do the journey by bus, you need to catch the number 3 then change to the number 12 at La Chapelle. The hotel itself is clean, check-in was easy, breakfast wasn't fancy but perfectly fine. My only downside is that it was very very hot while I was there and there was no drinking water available. There is one vending machine in the lobby and water was always sold out. I think the hotel could benefit from a couple of water coolers in the lobby or in...

"Room was clean and a/c worked well. Breakfast was very good. Staff helped answer questions briefly. Parking included which was great. Ten minute walk to bus and then an 8minute bus ride to get down to city which was ok."

"Reception staff were very helpful, my room was clean and spacious. The hotel is very well-positioned for the station and only 10 minutes walk to the old town."
