"We arrived around midnight and were given a room that was marked as clean and available, but it was clearly dirty and appeared to have been recently occupied. We immediately returned to the front desk, where the employee discovered that another room listed as available was also dirty. The situation became even more concerning when a third room shown as vacant was actually occupied by a sleeping guest. Fortunately, the front desk agent checked the room before assigning it to us. After several attempts, she finally found a clean room for us. She was professional and did her best to handle a very difficult situation. Later that night, we also discovered that a side entrance door was not properly secured, as the key-card lock was not functioning. This raised additional concerns about hotel security. While the room we ultimately received was clean, the combination of multiple rooms being incorrectly marked as available and a broken exterior door left us feeling uneasy. Management should review housekeeping procedures, room-status reporting, and security measures to ensure guest safety."
