"The ambience here is very pleasant. I had such a relaxing stay here. Made perfect with beautiful sunshine, after a week of snow and rain in the area. The room had a marvellous view over the lake towards Annecy vielle ville, which is a 15-20 minute stroll away. Lunch at the Terrace was superb value, with another fantastic outlook onto the lake. The service is calm and professional. The hotel is so close to the plage, it is rude not to go in, even though the water was icy cold. The benefits of cold water strolling are marvellous. I just need to bring my swim boots next time. It is easy to walk, run, cycle, or even take the bus, around the lake; to see pretty, lakeside villages . Lovely place, very memorable. I’m sure it is beautiful in all weather conditions. Merci, à bientôt. 😃😃 "

"Our stay at The Black Bass in September was superb. The staff were so friendly and polite, and couldn't do more to make us comfortable. Our room was lovely, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The outside area on the lakeside was stunning. We sat here everyday, enjoying food and wine, and taking in the breathtaking views. We used the spa too, which again was very good, clean and quiet. We cannot wait to return. "

"Everything was fine, just a small problem starting the heating. Thanks to Alexandre for coming quickly to help me. The restart attempt was not very conclusive. A technician was supposed to come the next day. During the night the heating started up again and unblocked itself. Otherwise, good stay, perfect place.
