"The property is in the perfect location. Everything you need on Palafox is walking distance. Room was quiet and peaceful, everything was very comfortable. The beds were great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we thought was missing, was a coat rack or hook to hang your hoodie or rain jacket on. I give this stay 4.99 Stars out of five!!"

"Staff was outstanding, very friendly,"

"The innkeeper was very kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the inn's location is right next to downtown Pensacola. Great overall."

"good"

"Room didn’t feel clean. I spilled water on the floor and used a towel to clean the spill. The towel was filthy after wiping up the water. Shower curtain had holes in it and the shower head was rusted. Sheets seemed clean and staff changed the sheets and made the bed daily. Staff was friendly."

"They don’t have enough chairs for the beach."

"I’ll definitely stay here again"

"The location of the property was great and close to area restaurants and shopping. Very easy access to beach. Everything was very clean and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was unable to be used outside as it needed more repairs from the storm and they were actively working on it. The inside pool was available...

"Decent hotel with breakfast included. The main reason I stay at this hotel is because they have breakfast included. Have no complaints with hotel just wish the weather would have been better. The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants so you can walk everywhere. Will stay again next year."

"Breakfast was excellent"

"Great place! Lots of scents - ended up being allergic to their hand soap and lotion, but otherwise great stay!"

"Great friendly staff."
