"Very good accommodations. Communication was excellent. Late checkin went well. The only problems we noticed were: the apartment was clean, but not 'spotless'. The place was dated, with worn cushions on the couch...hopefully JD didn't stay there. And, I checked the BBQ grills in the common area, which were so old, worn and dirty that they were unuseable."

"Room was clean, beds and pillows comfy. Employees were all very helpful and respectful. Breakfast had a nice assortment of options and a ton of condiment/ seasonings available at breakfast. Coffee and hot water were available all day in the lobby. Wifi was included and worked ok. Pool was well kept. My only complaints stem from some maintenance and deep cleaning issues. Ice machines did not work on two floors, the box spring cover and the chair in our room were very badly stained. The hall carpet (2nd floor) was stained and buckled up. We did not have hot water for showers one morning. The air conditioning unit worked well but was slightly "musty" smelling and had dirt/ buildup in the vents. These things were not deal breakers by any means, overall we were pleased with the location and general cleanliness of the room but I think taking care of some of these things (especially deep cleaning or replacing the chair and box spring covers and cleaning/ maintenance on the A/C units would really make this location a 5 star option."
