Fantastic 3-floor apartment with terrace. It has 4 rooms, being a perfect apartment for up to 8 people including 9 using a sofa bed. Very bright and spacious, Elegantly decorated. The paintings of the painter who owns the apartment exposed to the delight of the guests predominate. Its sunny terrace is the ideal place to enjoy dreamy breakfasts or dinners. Its location in the old town and 1 min from the Museum of Fine Arts or the Corte Ingles. The apartment is distributed over 3 floors, the first has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm, a kitchen, and a dining room. It also has an interior patio with a skylight and a sofa. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them as 90 cm beds and a third with a double bed. This floor has 2 bathrooms, one of them in the double room and the other with free access for the other 2 bedrooms. On the third floor there is a washing machine area and a fantastically large terrace.

On the third floor there is a fantastic terrace.It is undoubtedly the ideal space for families or groups of responsible friends.

Peut et doit mieux faire

Chambre parentale côté rue, bruit la nuit, double vitrage nécessaire. Pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de lampes de chevet, pas de coussins pour chaises très dures, 6 chaises pour 8 personnes salle à manger, 4 chaises sur terrasse,1 seul jeu de clé fourni, partout éclairage d'hôpital blanc et cru. Problème électrique 1 jour complet pas d'eau chaude, pas d'internet, ni recharge téléphone. Seul l'emplacement est bon

Buena ubicación

Buena ubicación y alojamiento limpio. Muy espacioso. Muy recomendable. Lo único a tener en cuenta dos cosas:El apartamento nada más que entras ya hay escaleras y los enchufes están en mal estado, despegados de la pared. Aún así lo recomendaria

A terrific location

Virtually all of Sevilla city center is within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and filled with lovely art. The washer is conveniently located adjacent to the roof where there are drying lines. The two full and one half baths make it easy to have several more people comfortably (we were just a couple). The property managers are excellent! They were totally responsive to our every request. Now the downsides: there is no comfortable seating area for conversation with guests or other members of your group. The green couch in the photos is gone despite the large turtle table remaining in an otherwise sizeable empty room. The couch in the dining room is a sleeper sofa of indeterminate age but it is also extremely used - to the point of not being usable for comfortable seating. The kitchen shows a lovely stove top/oven combo but the oven is "not hooked up" and the counter top oven is located on top of the refrigerator, with a door that opens towards you (burned me several times trying to extract food.). And there are only two electrical outlets in the kitchen so with microwave, toaster, and countertop oven, choices are limited. Overall this place would be great for a shorter stay but we had booked it for two months and had planned on doing some meals at home which was much more difficult without an oven that was easily reachable. The pluses were: terrific space, responsive management, and "location,location,location".

Sevilla Summer 2023

This apartment was centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, museums, etc. A/C worked great, it was 104 F some days. Very clean. We had a great time in Sevilla, thank you. Only draw back was the bedroom upstairs by the street was hard to sleep with noise outside and the clothes washer needs instructions.

Great location and accommodating staff, slightly bumpy check in

Great property in a terrific location! This is a very nice 3 bedroom apartment spread over 3 floors (not including the ground level access) around a stairwell/lightwell, so possible problem for aging knees but very light and airy. The kitchen is more than adequate with a good size fridge, and there is a bathroom on each of the two main living areas. The only "matrimonial" bed is a double, which we've found to be quite common in Spain, and some of the single beds were in fact very creaky. The staff were over all very kind and helpful, but communication was a problem initially since our contact was given a new mobile, and then was off for a few days, without advising us; apparently "what's app" is the social media/communication interface of choice in Spain. Which we didn't have. Once we contacted their office directly (after looking up the phone number on line) they were in fact extremely helpful and they were most accomodating with a later check out time, much appreciated since we had evening train tickets. THanks guys!! Something that would be most helpful for future visitors - an actual tour of the property and orientation to various devices, keys, etc,. We lost a morning site seeing waiting for someone to come fix the shower curtain, spent considerable time looking for the key to the terrace, and several uncomfortably warm nights until we finally discovered another air conditioning panel on the second floor. But in the end, all was well, and we had several days to enjoy this very nice apartment in an excellent location! Would definately stay here again!
