"It is 15 minutes away walking from Real Alcazar and Cathdral. So it is convinced. Place was clean and at the check in time they sent me the codes for the room over WhatsApp. Everything was clean and new however our room was tiny"

"Top floor double room with balcony was very nice with great air conditioning & useful lift. Good breakfast & helpful staff. Really appreciated the use of the fridge/freezer & hot drinks machine. Quite a walk into the main centre & got lost many times! Supermarket just round the corner with taxi’s waiting outside it!"

"The hotel itself was very beautiful and unique. We loved that music played through out the lobby and gallery. The hotel room had a pleasant smell. We were very satisfied with our stay."
"Good Hotel, Great Location, but Breakfast Needs Improvement ⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed at Hotel América as part of our family trip through Spain, and overall, we had a good experience.
The location is excellent. The hotel is close to everything, which made it very convenient for us to get around and explore.
The hotel itself looks either brand new or recently renovated. Everything felt very modern, clean, and fresh. Our room was spacious and clean, and we really liked the comfortable mattress and pillows. One thing that made us smile was the bathroom — it was the first time on our trip that we had a bathroom with both a bidet and a shower!
There are two reasons we couldn’t give this hotel five stars.
The first was something the hotel probably couldn’t control. Our room was on the first floor, and there was construction happening directly in front of our window. At 7:15 in the morning, a jackhammer woke us up! Not exactly the way we wanted to start our morning, especially while we were on vacation. Hopefully, this was just temporary construction.
The bigger disappointment for us was the breakfast.
We have been traveling around Spain and staying at different hotels, so we had a chance to compare. For a four-star hotel, we expected much more. The breakfast selection was very limited, both in variety and in the amount of food available. The quality was also disappointing. Some of the pastries, including the croissants, tasted stale.
And the coffee… unfortunately, was bad."
