The pool and hot tubs have been closed since January. Your site stated what you see is what you pay and that changed as soon as we checked in and was charged for parking. Neither of which we knew when we booked. It would have changed our decision.

Best Western Plaza Inn
Room was good. Very spacious. I enjoyed the fireplace. The breakfast lines were too long.. definitely frustrating. But overall. I would definitely stay again
