Meanwhile, the lower level offers a game room with a 50" TV, recently added, with a pool table and direct access to the hot tub overlooking the water.

Plan ahead as lake levels fluctuate throughout the year due to weather, precipitation, and Tennessee Valley Authority power needs as well as other factors.
