Love, love,loved this farmhouse!! The owners are the kindest people and wonderful with communication. Having access to the donkeys and horses right outside your door was a dream. Very clean and spacious rental. We truly appreciated the location. Set out from too much hustle and bustle, but so close to wonderful stores and restaurants. You even have the tubing river right down the road! 5 stars!!

Peaceful Farmhouse Getaway with Sweet Donkeys

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! The home was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We especially loved spending time with the donkeys—they were such a fun and memorable part of our trip. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. Highly recommend this peaceful retreat for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the countryside!

Peaceful on the Farm

The farmhouse was very cute and in a quiet neighborhood. Farm animals (donkeys mainly) were friendly. We were only about 20 minutes or so from Pigeon Forge. Public pool is close by. Horseback riding within 45 minutes. Owners were awesome!

Best VRBO

As we told the owners, they outdid themselves in making their guests feel welcome and at home. The solitude of the farm was exactly what we were looking for. Stay at the farm and avoid the crush of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, if that's what you're looking for. You'll be glad you did.

Farm stay

Overall house was clean, they need to look into the water it had a strong smell that resembled waste water. Children enjoy the animals, along with the outdoors. Would stay again if water issues are resolved.

Wonderful stay on tranquil farm in mountains

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse. It was just what we needed. We were removed from the craziness of Pigeon Forge while still being close enough to drive to the Pirate dinner show; or go to Dollywood for the day. We were only minutes away from the entrance of the national park. My kids loved feeding the donkeys every day, and the grown ups loved the peace and quiet up on the mountain. 5 stars, would totally stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay

We enjoyed the location because it is close enough to Wears Valley Road but far enough away from the busy towns of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There are back roads to get into the busier areas without fighting as much traffic. We had a wonderful family Christmas at this cozy and well decorated house

Very clean and beautiful property. Loved the master bedroom, and the beds were really comfy. Great location, not too far from the main towns. Close to the national park. Our family of four really enjoyed the stay here!
