Great stay in the Smokies! The house was clean, comfortable beds, and stocked with plenty of fresh towels & simple necessities. Our large family had tons of space and on site activities for the adults and kids. My only minor issue was with the kitchen sink sprayer that doesn’t know when to stop spraying! I would definitely recommend this home for a great deal near Pigeon Forge!

The pictures don’t do this cabin justice. Our entire process from check in to check out was so simple. The space worked great for our group of 12 adults, with additional beds and pullouts for 16 more people. The location was perfect, close to everything. The area had stores, restaurants, attractions and other cabins. We loved that there were street lights. We didn’t have complaints just things to make this location feel a little more loved like new rugs as most had rolled corners, a new pool table, new sofas(these were well loved) on main floor and adding a half bath either on 1st or 2nd floor, as all bathrooms were in a bedroom and lastly having all games in one floor to allow for a full family game night experience.

We used this as one of two properties we needed to gather our extended family for a reunion and we dubbed this our "Sleepy House" though admittedly we had plenty to do in this house to stay busy. From pool to the arcade to the hot tub, everyone found ways to stay busy. The beds were comfortable and we made good use of the space and sleeping this house provided. Couple things to note - the front door is a plate of glass with no curtains or blinds so if you're gathering in the living space during the evening, you feel a bit like you're on TV for any neighbors that might be passing by, which honestly we didn't see many other folks during our time here. There are no commonly available half baths so if you need a restroom, it is through one of the 6 enclosed master suites. Lastly, if using the Jacuzzi in the suite on the second floor, draining it becomes a water sound feature for the bedroom below on the first floor for a solid 10 minutes - just imagine that you're in a thunderstorm and it's pleasant - it created a funny moment late one evening is all. In summary, we made amazing memories in the Smokies with this as one of our spaces and we wouldn't change that for the world.

Great scenery and location. We were about 20-30 minutes from everything we were interested in doing: restaurants, Dollywood, stampede, white water rafting…The house had several things to do hot tub, arcade games, tv in every room and pool table. We really had a great relaxing time.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The beauty of the surroundings and not having neighbors for the week made us feel as if we had the area to our selves! The vents were dusty but overall the place was fantastic!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property! We would definitely suggest you to our friends!!

The 50th reunion

This was a double 50th anniversary and Reunion. Both my husband and I and my brother-in-law and sister-in-law celebrate our 50th wedding anniversaries this year so we pooled our money and rented this wonderful lodge for a week and had the whole family in for the week. It was wonderful. The lodge is close to all the main attractions of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg Tn. Lodge is beautiful, spacious very livable. Great time.

The light was out in the kitchen the first day and night. It was the second day before it was fixed and I had to call about it. We picked the cabin because of the games for the kids. The air hockey game did not work very good and the arcade game would not come on and that was very disappointing. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Family Vacation

The unit was great, view was amazing. The location was close to all shopping, attractions, and actiivities however it was a little difficult to find and the road while paved was very steep and winding. Jessie who was our primary contact regarding the property was wonderful to work with and very pleasant.. I would recommend this group to others.

The cabin was good, for the most part. We did have people tripping on area rugs with curled corners. The shower on the third floor would leak into the shower on the second floor when in use. The ceiling fan in the living room was very thick with dust and our little ones feet were filthy after walking around without shoes. Other than those issues, it was fine. I own a cleaning business so I probably look and see things others would not. Overall it was a good stay.
