En revanche nous avons eu une chambre le long de la route 40 et la faible isolation phonique rend lappartement très bruyant a cause du passage des differents camions et voiture. Le debit internet est quand a lui très aléatoire."

"I had a wonderful stay and am very grateful for the help and great service. This place is a little gem and I'll come back one day. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and even though I didn't speak much Spanish they did there very best to help.The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the facilities are great. "The apartment is too small to comfortably accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It would be more suitable for a family of 3 at most. On the last day, there were strong winds, resulting in a power outage across the entire area for 3 hours. We were surprised that in a region known as a ski destination, a windy day could cause such an extended power cut. Additionally, there was no water supply due to the lack of a functioning pump. "The place had a beautiful view and it looked great, but we booked an apartment with lake view, and we were given a different one, which didn’t match the pictures. They kindly accommodated us in a different one but then we had to move again which wasn’t ideal. Both apartments were not in great shape, cheap materials that were/got broken during our stay. However the staff were super nice and helped us when we needed it."

"Beautiful heated pool with a gorgeous swim up view of the lake and mountains. Pretty loud inside the cabins if you have noisy neighbors. No ability to control your own heat (you have to call reception to have them adjust it?) Highly recommend overall. "

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"Such a lovely hotel, just as shown in the pictures! We were so pleased with the fantastic view from our bedroom, such a treat! Really friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, the only downside is that we could only staff for one night! Lovely walks straight from the hotel and only a 10 minute drive into town for all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!"

"Unfortunately the hotel structure makes it difficult to describe the hotel as a boutique experience.It was fine for 2 nights,great walking nearby,but the finish of the hotel is poor.Having read previous reviews the management have improved many of the previous complaints.Air conditioning was in the rooms,breakfast buffet was topped up regularly etc.Its the finish of the hotel that is poor,flooring,shower flooded bathroom etc.None of this is the fault of the staff but the design & build.No easy fix"

"This hotel is absolutely terrible and I highly recommend against staying here. The property is not maintained, the rooms look like trashy motel rooms. The food options for breakfast are low quality and limited, the service is beyond terrible. We lost money on our booking because we stayed one night and had to leave. It was gross, save your money. There are tons of better options. "
