"We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel KLIA. It’s very close to the airport, which made travelling with young children so much easier. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to and from KLIA if you book it in advance, and the service was smooth and convenient. The buffet breakfast had a great selection with plenty of options for both adults and kids. The hotel is definitely family-friendly with spacious facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. A lovely bonus was the Mövenpick Chocolate Hour from 3–4pm, which was a fun treat for the whole family. The only area that could be improved is general maintenance, as some parts of the hotel are starting to show a little wear and could benefit from better upkeep. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient and family-friendly airport hotel that we would happily stay at again."
