Having a small side balcony and the roof terrace was exceptional and had views of the water as well as Setubal and the mountains. "Positivo: la casa es como se muestra en las fotos y tiene todo lo ofrecido, está bien equipada. Está cerca del ferry y bastante central. Hay buena comunicación para las necesidades o daños.Negativo: es muy incómoda. El cuarto del último piso no tiene aire ni un ventilador y todo el calor se concentra ahí. Se oye a los vecinos. Un día presenciamos un muy triste desalojo de la casa de enfrente por la policía. No hay buenas instrucciones para cuando uno llega con automóvil."
