"Convenient location with a friendly staff. The sleeping room was extremely clean with good linen and attention to detail other than a plastic ice bucket that was cracked. Parking lot was in serious need of a clean up. Electronic door lock was slightly faulty. One of the key cards didn't work at all. Toilet needed to be flushed twice to cleanse anything from it. "Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. Once I got hold of them it was very pleasant and easy, couldn’t be happier with the property management and the way they took care of me. The apartment is a converted basement, but very cozy and...
