Stylish Interior, Terrible Hosting, and Misleading Listing. The property is small, stylish, and well constructed. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The host never bothered to send check-in instructions, leaving us to chase down basic information just to access the property. Even the Wi-Fi password required a separate email. No welcome guide, no instructions, nothing. Worse, the listing conveniently fails to mention that the property is inaccessible by car. Guests must use paid public parking and navigate three flights of stairs with their luggage. That’s hardly a minor detail to omit. No car, no kids, no mobility limitations, and no heavy luggage. Unless you’re arriving by taxi with a backpack, think twice. Setenil’s unique geography is understandable. The host’s complete lack of communication and transparency isn’t. Two stars for the interior. The rest was a disappointment.
