Discover this lovely T2 of 30m² in the heart of the fishing and leisure port.
Located on the 5th floor with lift access, it benefits from a closed loggia overlooking the port and offering a front-row panorama of our beautiful Mediterranean.
The living area is air-conditioned and includes a television and a sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm). The kitchenette space is equipped with induction hobs, a fridge/freezer, an oven, a NESPRESSO coffee maker and a microwave.
One bedroom with a double bed for 2 people (140 cm).
Bathroom and separate WC.
Shared swimming pool open in high season.
Enjoy an ideal location between town centre and beaches!
No parking space. Public car park nearby.
Bus stop at the foot of the building.
