- Nestled on the first floor of a lush, quiet residential complex, this 31-square-meter one-bedroom apartment offers direct access to the beaches and a lovely, unobstructed ocean view.
The bright living area, equipped with a TV, features a dining table, a sofa that converts into a 140 cm bed, and a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator-freezer, 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils.
The apartment also includes a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. Separate toilet.
A furnished 7 m² terrace completes this little corner of paradise.
The location offers direct access to the beach huts, so you can have your feet right in the water! The Corniche neighborhood is just a 10-minute walk away. You’ll find restaurants, a butcher shop, a grocery store, a casino, a pharmacy, and the traditional market held every Thursday morning on Place Edouard Herriot.

Appartement très agréable avec vue sur la mer, de chaque pièce, tres bien équipé et à deux pas de tous les commerces et du petit marché bio local du jeudi.On n’a qu’à traverser la route pour être sur la plage du Lazaret.Très bon rapport qualite prix ! Merci !

Joli appartement bien décoré mais mal nettoyé !
la proximité de la plage, la belle vue sur la mer, la propriété était bien entretenue, ainsi que le parc arborisé

Location 248 favorable.
Résidence calme et bien entretenue que ce soit en extérieur ou intérieur. Appartement agréable avec comme atout une terrasse appréciable.
Problème que vous ne pouvez pas améliorer : route très bruyante. Impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.

Situation et location parfaite
Emplacement et location parfaite, propre et moderne, manque peut-être un grill Pain 😁 et une craie pour faire vivre les citations sur les ardoises, belle terrasse face à la mer, je recommande et n'hésiterai pas à y revenir
