"An okay stay however if any issues, the receptionist are somewhat unbothered and only willing to help when convenient for them. Breakfast is quite the let down with minimal options. The hotel although given a 4 star does not operate as one. At best it is a 3 star hotel but given the pricing relative to other hotels in Bologna, I guess it’s okay"

However I would’ve expected better amenities from a 4 star hotel - there was no ironing facilities and had to ask a few times for shower gel to be replaced. The hotel seemed a bit dated and perhaps had been refurbished from a smaller scale b&b before? Also slightly outrageous to charge €9 per day just for putting things in the mini fridge? However I liked the nice touches of welcome cards, turn down chocolates etc."

"So a typical large business hotel, impersonal and a bit lacking. Bath Room was “superficially” clean, not actually cleaned after the first night for some reason. Bed was a bit too firm, and the room a bit on the small side. Shower pressure was excellent.."
