"Hotel was very clean and the pool was beautiful, but Expedia did not tell the hotel of our request for 2 beds upon booking and only requested a double room. Upon arrival, we were given a room with only 1 full bed and no alternative, which was no fault of the hotel, but definitely clarify prior to arrival! Also, the staff was not the most helpful with transportation around the area. They offered to call a cab for us but only if we were in the lobby in person and then stated that getting a cab...

"We highly recommend this hotel. The hotel offers a variety of activities, provides a tranquil environment, and its spa and indoor pool facilities are exceptional. The breakfast was truly outstanding and satisfying. Additionally, beach and outdoor towels were provided. Also, the staff are super welcoming."

"Great hotel if you are looking to relax and disconnect, only one block from the beach! Only would mention that they have limited parking so you may want to book early and the hotel does not offer a lot of entertainment, bar usually closes 10/11 pm."
