I arrived late due to New Years eve traffic, and had to walk about 2 miles. The staff provided a wheel chair amd took me to my room. The New Year eve Celebration on the resort was beautiful and the food was amazing..

Cleaning came at 11:45 AM, sending me scrambling to vacate the room because my phone wasn't handy to check the time. They didn't ask I vacate right (it's Ok, we will come later) ...
