Située à Sérignan, à seulement quelques minutes de Valras-Plage et à 30 minutes du Cap d’Agde, la Villa Monégasque incarne l’élégance contemporaine du sud de la France. Nichée dans un quartier résidentiel paisible, cette villa récente combine luxe, confort et modernité dans une ambiance à la fois chic et décontractée.

Dès l’entrée, le regard se porte sur un salon cathédrale baigné de lumière naturelle. Les volumes généreux, la décoration soignée et le grand canapé invitent à la détente. La vaste cuisine ouverte, dotée d’un grand îlot central et d’une arrière-cuisine, ravira les amateurs de gastronomie qui souhaitent partager des moments conviviaux autour d’un bon repas.

Au rez-de-chaussée, la suite parentale offre un véritable cocon de sérénité avec sa literie haut de gamme et sa salle d’eau privée. À l’étage, deux chambres élégantes et une salle de bain équipée d’une douche et d’une baignoire assurent le confort de chacun.

À l’extérieur, la terrasse s’ouvre sur un jardin tropical joliment aménagé et une piscine en pierre de Bali, parfaite pour se rafraîchir ou profiter du soleil méditerranéen. La piscine est accessible d’avril à octobre (dates exactes sur demande). Deux places de stationnement privées sont également disponibles devant la villa.

À seulement 10 minutes de Béziers et 30 minutes du festif Cap d’Agde, la Villa Monégasque est l’équilibre parfait entre tranquillité et proximité des plus belles plages et animations de la région.

Pour sécuriser votre réservation, un dépôt de garantie est demandé 48 h avant l’arrivée, sous forme de pré-autorisation sur carte bancaire. Cette empreinte est levée jusqu’à 7 jours après le départ si la villa est rendue en bon état.

Magnifique séjour. Villa Monégasque lumineuse et spacieuse. Top niveau.

Villa moderne et parfaitement entretenu, très bien décoré. Chambres très très agréables. La maison spacieuse située dans une rue calme, tout près de la mer et les plages. Mademoiselle Conciergerie et très réactive. Nous avons passé un super séjour. je recommande vivement.
