"I feel bad giving this rating because the staff were very kind to me and the property is in an excellent location. However, transportation in Saigon is extremely cheap, and with motorbikes you can get anywhere easily, so I would personally choose to stay a few blocks away from this area. The property did not have room cleaning or towel changes even once during my stay. "Room was clean, the comms between booking website and accommodation had some miscommunication about our check in time. We had book it from 6am and they had no info about it and expecteded us at 12 noon. We there at about 9am due to delayed flights. With little bit of persuasion we got the room without any additional cost at 9am"
