Very fast and smooth check in and out. Hotel room was spacious and clean, lots of space for family with kids. Breakfast was great and the hotel had great service.

Great spacious, quiet room with lounge access which includes tea, coffee, snacks. The Grand restaurant was also excellent where I had 2 lunches & 1 breakfast. Lotte Hotel World
The breakfast was very good. But i thought charge $60 for breakfast was too much. They didnt have the option to order. They also did not offer gluten free items.
