It's like a small apartment. We stayed in the family room. King bed sofa was wide and comfortable & we wanted to buy one for our house. There was a jacuzzi but we couldn't use the jets since the check in staff said it was forbidden due to corvid rules. You could still have a normal bath though. There was also a Finnish sauna next to the shower and it was excellent. Furnishings were slightly worn out but comfortable and clean. It would be great for summer since there are outdoor pools.

저상패밀리침대라서 어린아가랑 지내기에 편안했고, 넓고 깨끗해서 좋아요! 흐노니룸에 비해 비나리룸 욕조가 좀더 작고 베란다없이 창문이 작아서 흐노니룸이 더 만족도가 높네요~ 수영장도 넓고 직원분들도 친절해서 기분좋게 이용했어요.

룸은 크고 좋았습니다 그러나 조식이 별로입니다 저렴한 비용에 맞는 간단조식인건 그럴수 있으나 음료나 커피를 포함되지 않은것은 실망이었습니다 식사후 커피는 기본인데 게스트하우스에서도 무료제공하는 커피를 추가비용을 지불하고 먹어야 하는 시스템은 조식포함이란 단어에 속은 기분이들었습니다

담앤루 좋아요.

올해 89살 되신 친정 어머님을 모시고 숙박했는데, 가까이 약천사가 있어서 주변을 둘러보기도 좋고, 방도 넓고 욕실도 커서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 조식은 음식이 다 맛있었지만 특히 팥죽이 고소하고 부드러워서 어머님이 만족, 대만족 하셨어요. 다음에도 또 가고 싶어요. 다만 숙소가 2층이여서 보행에 어려움이 있는 어머님이 약간 불편하셨습니다. 예약할 때 1층으로 부탁하면 좋을 것 같아요.

작년에 제주도 갔을때 이용해보고 올해도 또 이용했습니다. 재방문이고 부모님여행 시에도 예약해드렸어요. 수영장도 있고 숙소도 너무 깨끗하고 위치도 서귀포라 좋구요 주차도 편하구 일단 숙소가 크고 넓고 좋아요~ 특히 방이 나눠져있는 숙소타입이 있어서 부모님과 나눠서 각 방 쓸 수 있어서 좋았답니다. 저는 매년 서귀포쪽 갈때마다 담앤루 방문예정입니다 ㅋㅋ 아무리 검색해보고 해도 이만한 곳 없어요.

리뉴얼되어있어서 더욱 깨끗하고좋았습니다! 예전기억도좋아서 다시간곳이었는데. . 하지만, 놓고온 물건이있어서 찾으려전화했으나 없었어요. 외부직원들청소때문인지.. 아이때메 따로챙겨간 성인용여름이불 큰사이즈 하나랑, 피카츄노랑비치타월엄청큰거 새거! 아이가좋아하는이불이라가져간것이었는데.. 그날 안쪽룸 침대가높아서떨어질까봐... 바닥에서덮고 자는 사진까지 있어요.ㅠㅠ .. 너무아깝고.. 허무합니다! 좋은숙박시설이라면, 아주작은것도보관해주시고, 택배배송도해주시는게 당연한데ㅠ 너무 실망스러웠어요! 제잘못도있으니어쩔수없지만, 담앤루 이후에도 이틀더제주에머무르는동안 당장쫒아가서 따지고 찾아내고싶었네요. 분실물이너무큰터라 버리기도어려웠을텐데.. 아이가 너무아끼는거라 더 속상하네요.. 사진속 아이가덮고있는이불과수건이네요.ㅠㅜ

A potential lost.

The hotel has a lot of potential, but misses the mark with service. The room was smaller than it looked in photos. The floors in the room were lifting up. During our four day stay, our room was never made up, we got fresh towels once left in a bag outside our door. The breakfast was fully booked according to reception our first night. By the second when we went it was empty with just us. Odd.. The food was clearly not up to scratch for a hotel of its size. The pool was great. The location was isolated. With nothing in walking distance. Overall, i would not rebook here.
