"I had a busy work trip and this was such a fabulous wee oasis to return to at the end of the day. Lovely deck looking out over the farmland. Highly recommend."

"One of the best farm stay, its extremely beautiful with all the nature surrounding you. And at the same time had all the modern-day facilities to make the stay comfortable. The house was very pretty and cozy, everything was clean and tidy and had every essential require for holiday. The farm itself was amazing our daughters loved to walk around the property and explore, got excited with all the animals specially the cat. The host was very welcoming and reply to our query promptly and help to...

"A lovely spacious room with all the facilities you would expect in a great location. Cleaning services were very reliable and replaced everything we used daily. The check in was made very easy and the staff took the time to point out places to eat get coffee and places to go. Only small negative was the space between the bed and the wall on one side. Would definitely recommend."

"The room was small but clean and comfortable. The basin was very small and the shower difficult to access but there was plenty of hot water. The microwave was too high for me to reach! There were very limited utensils in the kitchen and only a small benchtop oven. We enjoyed our stay and will know better what to expect in future."

"The perfect place a quiet restful stay outside of New Plymouth."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Retreat. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was peaceful and convenient, making it a great place to unwind. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway."

"Really cute tiny home with lovely little garden/outdoor area. Awesome for 1 nights stay but abit small for hubby and I for the 3 nights we stayed. "

"Perfect base for us. Our 6 year old loved playing cards, knox and crosses Was warm even with out the heater on at night. Easy to get to, nice and clean.. very private for where it is placed."
