"The Salgados Apartment is in a great resort, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. It’s perfect for golf enthusiasts, with the course right next door, but we also loved being so close to the beach. Everything is within walking distance, which made our holiday stress-free. "There was ZERO communication through the VRBO platform until SEVEN HOURS AFTER WE WERE SUPPOSED TO CHECK IN. I spent hours dealing with VRBO customer service who was also unable to contact the property manager - the numbers provided were all disconnected. We were forced to find another place to stay at the very last minute. VRBO confirmed with us that they cancelled the reservation and we would be refunded. "2 toliet papers for 1 week for 3 people also no bin bags until 3rd day. Shower was mucky and dirty. Tap water to brush teeth was nasty and all 3 of us got sick. Communication with host was very difficult and we had to buy alot of stuff ourselfs e.g first 2 days we bought bin bags we bought toliet paper soap shower gel as it was jot provided. Towels were dirty as well."
