"We were very pleasantly surprised to find the hotel had a public bath! That was a lovely way to wind down our days. The room was comfortable and furnished as we'd expect from APA. The check-in process was a little more annoying and less personal than at other APA hotels we've visited because it was all handled on an automated kiosk, but the experience overall was very smooth. I would definitely return."

We loved the trial size skin care and body care products that were offered. All the amenities were so thoughtful. The area was quiet and close to a major train station."
