"JD is an amazing host; right when we arrived, we noticed a problem with our trailer and JD got back to us within minutes with a recommendation of who could help fix the problem locally. The house is amazing with every amenity you could possibly want. the beds are more comfortable than any 5-star hotel that we've ever stayed at. The drive in and drive our garage is amazing after a long day on the trails you just pull in, and everything melts off and stays warm and plenty of hooks to hang your gear. The view of Lake Superior is just breath taking from almost every room in the house and all of the furnishing are first class. After a long day of sledding we relaxed in the beautiful living room and then took full advantage of the awesome game room. "

"First time staying, the rooms were very nice and clean. Pool and hot tub open 24 hours and the breakfast was good as well! The staff is very nice and it was great having a the bar on site. Would recommend this place, gas station close by for fueling and trails are near by"

"Everything was great! Such a beautiful cabin and setting. Everything we needed was supplied, even a timely snowplow for the driveway. We got to enjoy the beautiful snowfall which was between 20"-30"! We were able to sled behind the cabin and walk along the river. Watching the snowfall from the hot tub is a special treat!"

"Perfect place for our December Winter Get-Away! Cozy cabin, beautiful table for family games, large TV to watch the ball drop on NYE. We went dogsledding at Nature's Kennel 30min north. Took a beautiful walk along driveway and on lake in the snow. Host was fabulous with communication. "
