The entire home is available to guest access and private. Huge backyard space for the whole group with fire pit and chairs. Space to park multiple vehicles, including trailers with or without boats. Our home is within walking distance to Cane Creek Boat Landing! Your welcome to park trucks at the house and walk back to the landing after launching the boats rather than leaving your trailer at the public ramp.

A cozy and clean home with room to park your cars, trucks, and boats. The house is located less than half a mile from the Cane Creek Landing. South Cove County Park is located about 3 miles away which includes swimming access to Lake Keowee. 18 minutes to Clemson University and convenient for Clemson football games! Several state parks located within a 30-60 mins drive that include excellent mountain overlook viewing areas as well as other family friendly opportunities.
All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are required for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before fines or eviction from the property.

PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.


HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival. Guests may not host parties or events inside the house at any time. (this is a residential neighborhood). No fireworks allowed. Guests are not allowed to invite additional guests beyond the maximum 8 without prior approval.

PARKING: Please do not drive on the grass or in the backyard. Our septic tank is located underground in the backyard and damage can be extremely costly. Please park only in designated gravel areas as there is plenty of space.

TRASH: Trash pickup is every Monday morning. All trash must be bagged and placed in the correct bin. Please bring the cans to the edge of the road for pickup.

QUIET HOURS: Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 7am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor. The houses in our neighborhood are all private property.

NO LOCKED CLOSETS
Guests will not have access to locked owner`s closets at anytime.

NO PET POLICY
Pets are NOT allowed at this property at anytime. If any pet damage or excess cleaning is observed then we fill charge a fine and you could risk getting permanently removed from your rental app service fee.

NO SMOKING
We do not allow smoking inside or on the property at anytime. No illegal substances on the property at anytime. If you wish to smoke you must be more than 20 feet away from the property (not allowed on the front porch or back patio anytime). If there is evidence of smoking you will be charged large fines. No weapons or fireworks on the property at any time.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
We would appreciate it if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:

--start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher
--place bag trash and place in outside trash bins
--place each bed set of used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of the bed for us to bag for professional laundry service (please do not take off the pillow protectors or mattress protectors)
