全体的には綺麗で静か。 部屋にはシャンプーなど置いてあるが、フロントロビー横にいろんなシャンプー&コンディショナーが置いてあり、試してみたい物を一回分量のカップに入れて部屋に持ち帰って試せるのは◎ チェックイン後部屋に入った時のお風呂の排水溝からの逆流している生臭い匂い、シャワーカーテンの裾のカビが気になったので⭐︎3

地下鉄から３分ほどと立地が良い。設備は古いが、従業員の応対が暖かく、とても良い。朝食ももの珍しいものはないが、和風惣菜が何種類かあり、バランスは良い。バスタブがかなり狭いが、コスパの観点からはお薦め。

ベッドが合わなかった

ベッドが体に合わなくて痛くて夜中に起きてしまい疲れが取れなかったです。テーブルの汚れが取れてなかったりでちょっとだけ残念でした。隣の人の音も結構響くので気になりました。フロントの人の対応は感じ良かったです。

たまたまだとは思いますが…… 部屋に入ったら足元にゴミが(紙くず？)があり、洗面台には髪の毛がパラパラ落ちてありました…… もう遅い時間で自分も疲れていたため面倒で報告はしませんでしたがなんだか気持ち悪くて眠れませんでした……。 スタッフさんの対応は良かったですが もう次はないです……。

ん～、ちょっとこれでは。

部屋のトイレのウォッシュレットが壊れて全く使えませんでした。地震直後の宿泊になった為仕方の無い部分はあるにせよ全室の全てにわたり確認するのが顧客の安全管理を含め実施されるべきだと感じました。地震があった為という説明をされましたがそれは少し違うのではないでしょうか。 また、駐車場がないのは了解しておりましたが夕方15時頃チェックインして、次の日9時50分頃チェックアウトしましたが、向かいにあるコインパーキングで6,000円近い駐車料金を払いました。確認しなかったこちらも悪いのですが、提携パーキング等あれば良いのでは？と思うのは自分だけでしょうか。 価格の安さと仙台市内で予約がとれるホテルがこちらしかなかった為、宿泊しましたがおそらく今後の使用は、、、
