"We booked this very large finca fairly last minute as had flights moved from 2020 and didn’t want to have to cancel last minute. The communication before we arrived was excellent with regards to the paperwork needed and any questions we had. Magdalena was very friendly and responded straight away in most cases. "The property was in need of attention not up to spec and the oustide garden pool area was not maintained at all.The upstairs bathroom was in need of service the shower hardly worked and the drains smelt so bad we ended up using the downstairs bathroomThe beds are very old and very uncomfortable Its a very dark property very little light which maybe in peak summer keeps it cool but otherwise it just seems very dark."
