Don’t stay here - nothing is good
Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes ...

It is a must. Thank you for all the staff we had a great time in the beautiful Val Senales. Nothing to complain the food is amazing the spa is cool, the service is high standard. And the owners really respectful to their guests. I recomand a day to refugio Bella vista too.
