With its unique location, you can reach the beach and the famous Sellin shopping promenade in just 3 minutes.

With your equipment such. B. the outdoor pool and a private underground car park, the villa "Philline" offers space and luxury for many holiday apartments.
In the Ostseebad Sellin, in the exclusive first row is the 5-star classified luxury apartment "Waterview Cloud". In close proximity to the beach, on the high bank directly behind the Sellin pier.

The "Waterview Cloud" offers a total of 136m² of pure luxury with sea views on 2 floors.

On the upper floor there is the large kitchen area with full equipment, fully automatic coffee machine and much more that the kitchen heart desires.

In the living room with sea view, you can enjoy an action film or funny comedies in the evening on the large sofa landscape using the Sonos multiroom system.

On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite, flat screen TV, the infrared cabin and the sauna.

The elevator takes you directly from the reserved parking space to the holiday apartment in the "Philline" villa.
