"This is our 3rd year we rented the above mentioned property. We really loved the area and the property has always been cared for and very clean, well maintained, easy access !!! This property is well suited for 10 people and dogs. The host is very friendly and is very accessible to communicate with !! We have recommended this one to our friends often."

"First time on the bay instead of Ocean City, and honestly it might have ruined Ocean City for us. We stayed Sunday through Thursday in late August. Quiet, no crowds, and the sunsets were genuinely worth the trip on their own.The house was immaculate. Two newly redone bathrooms, dog friendly, grassy area, and a small dock where you can pull up Maryland blue crabs. Ocean City is a few minutes away if you want it, but we mostly didn't.Owners live next door, super friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We're already planning to come back. 10/10."

"The property was really nice spacious and clean. The area was a good location for exploring Ocean City as well. Something to note for future guest. I did not see any extra toilet paper paper towels or trash bags. We had a play musical bathrooms to try not to run completely out of toilet paper. During our weekend stay we did run out of paper towels and trash bags."

"10/10 Feels like home away from home! Can’t wait to come back next year! Beautiful, cozy, clean, well maintained home. A perfect spot to unwind and relax. Great rocking chairs on front porch. Looks exactly like the listing pictures. Appliances and kitchen are all updated and new. Full size washer and dryer. Upstairs and downstairs thermostats. 2 master suites is a huge plus! 4 bathrooms. Garage has a great ping pong and pool table. Perfect spot in the community-within short walking distance to pools and all amenities. 4 kids and 3 adults fit very comfortably with extra room. Our kids loved the bunk bed and trundle bed room! Joanne is great to work with — hosts go above and beyond. Everything we needed to cook at home, grill, lounge, play at pool or beach, board games, books, smart TVs, kids toys were all easy to find in the house. Thanks for a great stay and for being a part of our family’s memories!"

"Very clean and well maintained. The pool was a nice feature too. Two good restaurants within walking distance. The view of the water with boats was also nice. Really nothing bad to say at all as we had a great week."
