"We walked into the room and left 5 minutes later. Because I booked through expedia, the hotel and expedia refused no REFUND. I lost $600.00 and had to book $800.00 airbnb. One hour in Florida and had to deal with this. Hair and stains on the bed and box spring, smelled horrible, looked like some threw up cabbage in the bathroom garbage. I never felt so uncomfortable. Always book hotels through them personally and on a credit card to help get a refund. I've been using expedia for 20 years but because I was only offered $40 back from the $600 I lost and felt so horrible about the treatment I received feom staying in a room that was not sanitary, never again."

"The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect for what we needed, and the staff was amazing!! They were extremely nice and made us and our 3 year old toddler feel so welcome! I can’t thank them enough for their kindness."

"Breakfast was above average, room very spacious and clean receptionist named Demetris was exceptional, the room wasn’t ready by 4:00 pm and she was outstanding in keeping us informed. With the exception on the food at the restaurant was kind of average the overall experience was very positive "

"Sarasota and Villa Rosa did not disappoint. Villa Rosa was clean and the host amazing. We enjoyed a relaxing pool day then walked to the Bay area for good drinks and food. Everything we needed was provided which made our stay stress free which is exactly what we needed. We hope we get to go back again next year for a longer stay and check out more of the city."
