"What an excellent choice of location to base ourselves in KL. Far enough from the city centre to be able to enjoy the calm serenity of the surrounding nature during early mornings yet close enough to jump in a taxi to the Petronas Towers for example.
Transport is very easy, airport taxi initially then the Grab app thereafter, simple.
The hotel provides a pleasant balance between business elegance whilst at the same time catering for visitors and families.
We stayed in a Villa which is probably the best villa I have every had the pleasure to stay at and I've been in some nice ones. Spacious, well provided for and a comfortable bed that was huge!
Of particular note were the staff we met regularly in the Premium Leisure Lounge which was complementary with our package. Izman was absolutely excellent and Kamarul very pleasant. I also noted one of the Pool guys, Raj Kumar I think, he was excellent at supervising the pool I noticed and he impressed me even though we never spoke.
Overall highly recommended. We stayed 10 days and we didn't want for anything. Having a shopping mall in walking distance (connected to the hotel) helps, especially when it is full of eating establishments.
