The apartment is fully equipped with fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub, living room with open fitted kitchen, own terrace, underfloor heating, satellite TV, self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with high quality cold foam mattresses. Bed linen and towels are provided. Living room LED TV. (All technical devices are German brand quality). Free WiFi is available. The apartment is very quiet right on the forest. 2 parking spaces for cars. Dogs are allowed. Romantic sunset on the terrace side. A charcoal grill is available on your own terrace. The beach is 15 minutes by car. Shops can be reached in 5 minutes by car. From here you can explore the whole island of RĂŒgen by bike.
For the final cleaning there is a fee of EUR 49.00

Ruhiger Ort und nicht weit weg von den Highlights auf RĂŒgen. Schönes Haus an der die Ferienwohnung seitlich zu erreichen ist. Geschmackvoll und hochwertig Eingerichtet, mit einer schönen KĂŒche und einem gemĂŒtlichen Schlafzimmer, die Couch ist groß und kann zum Schlafen umgebaut werden, Empfehlenswert 🌟

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen. Das war optimal fĂŒr unsere Hunde und zum nĂ€chsten Hundestrand waren es auch nur 15 min Autofahrt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, der Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und die Einrichtung komfortabel. Ein Grill ist jedoch nicht vorhanden.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, schöne Ferienwohnung...

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genießen können. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden selbst mit unseren 2 Labradoren mit offenen Armen empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Wald, so dass wir mit den Hunden gut spazieren gehen konnten. Der Ausblick von der erhöhten Terrasse ist sehr schön, da kann man gut in den Tag starten und diesen auch ausklingen lassen. Von der Lage gut gelegen, um RĂŒgen zu erkunden und dennochohne Tourismustrubel.. Man ist zum einen schnell wieder auf dem Festland und zum anderen zentral auf RĂŒgen mit relativ kurzen Wegen in alle Richtungen der Insel. Einziges klitzekleines Manko: es gibt keinen geschlossenen Garten bzw. Terrasse, so konnten die Hunde sich nur in der Wohnung aufhalten, und es fehlte ein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern bzw. TerrassentĂŒr. Aber das ist wirklich eine kleine Beanstandung auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, den wir genießen konnten.

Wir waren mit unserem Hund da. Karsten als Vermieter war zwar persönlich nicht vor Ort, die Kommunikation war aber dennoch telefonisch vollkommen problemlos, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung schön und komplett eingerichtet. Lage am Waldrand schön fĂŒr ausgedehnte SpaziergĂ€nge. Man muss allerdings die Ruhe genießen wollen, denn der Ort bietet keinerlei Infrastruktur. Alles an Gastronomie oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befindet sich in Bergen, mit dem Rad ĂŒber eine recht schöne Strecke in ca 20min erreichbar. Lage zentral als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Inselerkundungen mit dem Auto prima Insgesamt gerne wieder

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Wald in der NĂ€he von Bergen. Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich hier wohl gefĂŒhlt. Am Strand zwischen Glowe und Breege konnten die Hunde frei laufen (Naturstrand). Ansonsten gibt es ĂŒberall die kleine Strandabschnitte fĂŒr Hunde. Kostenlose ParkplĂ€tze an den StrĂ€nden, muss man nicht suchen, die gibt es nicht.

Sehr schöne Umgebung

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Sehlen. Karsten hat uns mit Empfehlungen unterstĂŒtzt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, nur das Sofa hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Wir wĂŒrden beim nĂ€chsten mal etwas anderes buchen, da uns Sehlen zu abgeschieden gewesen ist. Wir mussten immer mit dem Auto 30 bis 40 Minuten fahren um StĂ€dte wie Göhren,Binz,Sellin oder Glowe zu besuchen. Auch kann man in Sehlen nicht einkaufen. FĂŒr Hundefreunde ist Sehlen Ideal, da gleich neben der Wohnung ein Wald beginnt. Auch kann man morgens Rehe beobachten die ganz nah an die Wohnung kamen. FĂŒr Menschen die nur Erholung suchen und Abgeschiedenheit suchen, ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet.

Rad- und Erholungsurlaub

GroßzĂŒgige und ĂŒberdurchschnittlich ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Einfamilienhaus in ruhiger Lage, ungestört, mit WohlfĂŒhlcharakter. Als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Rad-und Wandertouren auf der Insel oder direkt am Ort bestens geeignet. Wir haben uns bei unseren Touren immer schon auf die RĂŒckkehr in die FEWO und die SonnenuntergĂ€nge auf der Terrasse gefreut. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage jedoch versteckte Kosten

Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Leider wurden wir vom Vermieter aufgefordert, fĂŒr unsere Hunde zusĂ€tzliche Kosten pro Tag zu bezahlen, die nicht im Inserat angegeben waren. Nachdem wir erklĂ€rt haben, dass wir bereits eine Pauschale fĂŒr Haustiere bezahlt haben, bestand der Vermieter weiterhin auf einen zusĂ€tzlichen deutlich höheren Tagessatz mit der BegrĂŒndung wir hĂ€tten keine Haustiere angegeben. Auf Nachfrage bei FeWo-direkt wurde uns bestĂ€tigt, dass wir sehr wohl Haustiere angegeben und die Pauschale gezahlt haben, was auch der Vermieter auf dem Portal einsehen kann. Leider haben wir das zusĂ€tzlich gezahlte Geld nicht zurĂŒck bekommen. Auch die mehrmals zugesagte Quittung haben wir vom Vermieter bis heute nicht erhalten.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, idealer Standort fĂŒr Inselerkundigungen

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alle Details, die man braucht (z.B. in der KĂŒche). W-LAN in Ordnung. Sehr gute Betten! Das Hauptfoto auf der Homepage ist leicht irrefĂŒhrend, da es sich um eine Einliegerwohnung handelt und der Teich nicht mit dazu gehört. Aber anschauen kann man ihn natĂŒrlich. Auf einer kleinen Terrasse kann man draußen sitzen und z.B. den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Die Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter folgte vorab unproblematisch telefonisch, zwischendurch wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts gab es einen kurzen und netten Kontakt. Auschecken lief problemlos. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Waldrand von Sehlen (sehr ruhig!), einem kleinen Dorf nahe Bergen. Im Dorf gibt es eine gute Pizzeria ("Genussmanufaktur"), fĂŒnf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufen im nahe gelegenen Bergen war gut möglich, uns hat der Rewe am besten gefallen. Von Sehlen aus lassen sich die schönsten Orte RĂŒgens mit dem Auto in max. 45 Minuten erreichen. Binz und Sellin sind nur ca. 25 Minuten entfernt. Kap Arkona 45 Minuten, die FĂ€hre nach Hiddensee ab Scharprode in 35 Minuten. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!

Heerlijke dagen

We zijn een paar dagen in dit appartement geweest. Het is een heerlijk appartement, schoon, genoeg ruimte, mooi terras rustige omgeving en een goed uitzicht. De heer Kowalk is een prima gastheer.
