"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"Location is unbeatable: Seefeld is a beautiful, elegant and calm neighbourhood, but still very close to Old Town and its attractions. One block from the lake, and close to the Utoquai bathhouse. Many nice restaurants and quaint shops in the area. Several tram lines to take you anywhere. Room was spacious and everything worked. Very easy to check-in, check-out."

"We loved having access to the guest kitchen including the fridge. The back terrace was in full bloom and a lovely place to sit in the evening with snacks and a drink after a busy day of being tourists. "We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The location was right next to the lake, old town, and the Opera House. All in walking distance. The staff were courtious and helpful. They arranged for ride to the airport. The rooms were clean and large; ours had a balcony that we could sit out. The closet and storage shelves were placed to be super useful. There were power outlets with adaptors to charge our phones. Mini bar was filled with free drinks. Nespresso machine was ready with pods as well...
